The Sales Operations team is responsible for managing projects essential to the success of the sales organization. This dynamic team is dedicated to improving overall processes, current experiences, and solving new challenges while supporting the sales teams to achieve financial and operational targets.

You’ll spend time on the following:

• Create and maintain standardized and centrally managed performance reports.

• Support decision making through analytics, working with various departments to analyze the results of processes, sales efforts and campaigns..

• Provide the ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure the efficient adoption of reports.

• Provide analytical insight on performance to identify root causes and influence the direction of strategy and priorities.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define, develop and maintain financial and non- financial KPIs.

• Proactively identify gaps and errors in data and reporting and work towards improving those areas.

• Develop pipelines and ETL processes in order to unlock new opportunities for the business.

• Develop and maintain quality assurance processes for pipelines, reporting and analytical methodologies.

• Develop and drive adoption for best practices in the analytical function.

• Support of the less experienced specialists: provide mentoring, active knowledge support and sharing best practices (including technical skills) to boost the overall team performance.

• Is able to breakdown complex data analysis into concise and simple communications, that navigates the business context and infleuences decision-making for business leaders.

• Is able to use project management techniques and concepts to and is able to lead projects end-to-end, including managing a diverse set of stakeholders.

We’re excited about you if you have:

• 5+ years of work experience within an analyst role, ideally in a sales driven environment.

• Work experience in an international environment and are fluent in English language.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL (Teradata and BigQuery are desirable) with strong analytical skills is mandatory.

• Existing experience with Tableau and/or other reporting design tools.

• Knowledge of Keboola (or ETL) is desirable.

• Basic knowledge of (commercial) finance.

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Self-motivated team player who can succeed in a dynamic fast-paced work environment.

• The option to be flexible in order to connect with peers all over the world.
