Job Description Summary:

Plans, organizes, directs and evaluates the operations of the Respiratory Care, Pulmonary Rehab, & Cardiac Rehab departments. Manages department operations through the coordination of administrative and fiscal performance and accountability and provides direction, supervision, and leadership for the entire staff. Plans the scope and emphasis of Respiratory, Pulmonary, and Cardiac services in relation to hospital services, and community need, in accordance with accepted standards of practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

Field of Study: respiratory care or related field; registered respiratory therapist by NBRC; licensed by the State of Ohio. Considerable knowledge of operations of a respiratory care department. 3 to 5 years as a supervisor in a respiratory care department; 3 to 5 years as a staff therapist.
