Job Title: Senior Associate Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Business & Team:

Business Banking Technology Payments Operations ( BBT Payment Ops ) is a standalone Support Unit incorporating payments-related technology, service management, governance, and operations functions to ensure end-to-end accountability for the Group.

Impact & contribution:

The staff member is the first point of contact for internal customer interactions. They are responsible for the “End to End" processing and maintenance of various requests within the BBT teams.

These requests are allocated on a daily basis and processed by team members ensuring that customer expectation and Service Level Agreements are met whilst providing high quality service and follow up as required. The Associate Analyst will also be asked to perform direct work as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Standard and occasionally non-standard processing tasks.
  • Basic understanding of CommSee Banking Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Mainframe applications to process customer request.
  • Primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding their requests, requiring a strong level understanding of key concepts and processes.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Quality, Productivity and/or Continuous Improvement focus.
  • Workflow and Time Management.
  • Have necessary understanding of CBA products.
  • Providing superior levels of service for internal/external customers.
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by your Manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Prior domain experience is must (3 to 5 years).
  • Flexible for shifts ( Early Morning Login 02:00 – 11:00 Shift)
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Bank’s processes and products.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Strong written & verbal communication is must.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/ Business Management & Computer Application.
