Talent Acquisition:

• To screen applicants from the job portals and HR system.
• Assist with interview scheduling and sending out invites to shortlisted applicants.
• Support in mass hiring in terms of collection of supporting documents.
• Help with HR data management and reporting.

Benefits Administration:

• Support the preparation of offer letter.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leave policies, and other HR-related matters.

HR Projects:

• Contribute to various HR projects, such as HR process implementations, process improvements, or policy revisions.
• Conduct research and analysis on HR-related topics.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment
