    The role of Supervisor Freight Processing will support both the Business Analyst and Manager of Freight, Mail and Cargo Revenue Accounting in the efficient and effective coordination of operations. The role will supervise key third-party support teams to ensure Qantas objectives are met and strict audit controls in place, additionally ensuring key IATA mandates and deadlines are met on a continual monthly basis. The successful candidate will coordinate, oversee and ensure completion of critical Freight Revenue month end activities which includes reporting of accruals and provisions to CoFE and Freight Finance.

    You will ensure the delivery of key processes including invoices and disputes are in accordance with agreed controls. This role will also provide accurate data and reports and ensure the referencing of appropriate business process manuals, group policies, and business industry body sites are used when communicating with stakeholders.

    You’ll have:

    • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in freight revenue processes and accounts
    • A degree is preferred but not mandatory
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive solutions across diverse stakeholder groups
    • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level
    • Advanced analytical abilities coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Proven ability to manage and lead change effectively
