About our Team: As part of the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Insurance vertical this position will develop and execute market strategy growth.
 

About the Role: To empower LexisNexis Risk Solutions SLT to achieve profitable revenue growth and market leadership.
 

Responsibilities

• Defining market strategy, overall business goals and objectives.

• Creating plans for each business unit with the SLT (and teams) to bring the business strategy to life.

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic priorities.

• Reviewing and monitoring market and competitor landscape in collaboration with the product team.

• Leading the partnership and acquisition strategy, identifying opportunities and working with the AVP Strategy and SLT to assess suitability.

• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Have experience leading in insurance/financial services including market analysis, strategy, and delivery.

• Demonstrate deep understanding of the market and be able articulate market problems and translate them internally into recommendations.

• Have interest in the changing landscape of insurance and how data can be used to create value.

• Be commercially literate with experience of managing budgets and supporting the business to achieve outcomes.

• Have expertise in interpreting data to find themes. Make recommendations and build into a compelling story of the art of the possible.

• Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and skilled influencer, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management.
