As the Delivery Manager for our Kinaxis RapidResponse delivery team, you will support the development of the IT architecture and roadmaps within the supply chain space, within a SAFe Agile environment. Our team is responsible for critical applications supporting manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and planning systems. Given that our technical teams are outsourced to a third party, we are seeking a highly skilled professional capable of effectively managing and leading outsourced delivery teams.

You will be responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the delivery team within an Agile framework. You will own, understand, and coach the team on metrics and processes. You will be the main point of contact for risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies. You will keep the team aligned with delivery dates, key milestones, and support PI planning. You will partner with the Scrum Master to ensure all Agile ceremonies are happening regularly and identifying opportunities for improvements.

You will be highly experienced in demand planning, supply planning and inventory management. You will act as both a technical expert and hands-on configurator and will have a broad understanding of large-scale ERP systems.


In this position you will work with our consumer and automotive demand teams. You will partner closely with a Product Owner and Technical Leads, as well as support other members of the delivery team.

In collaboration with the RapidResponse technical lead and administrator, you will also be accountable for design, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements to our Kinaxis RapidResponse system. Your focus will be on ensuring that solutions designed in our planning environment are done with sustainable, high quality, and best practice design in mind.

You’ll be accountable for reviewing and approving documentation of processes and configuration, RapidResponse configuration, unit testing, integration testing, leading User Acceptance testing activities with offshore teams, and ensuring that proper IT Change Control and Project Management processes are adhered to. 

You should have implementation experience with a global consumer electronics company or high-tech company, and understand both systems configuration, and overall systems architecture in an enterprise environment.

Customer Success:

  • Collaborate with business partners and Scrum teams to deliver all aspects of large, complex IT projects or multiple IT projects with minimal direction including project planning, execution, timing, requirements management, quality and cost
  • Address user concerns, provide regular progress updates, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for working with Scrum teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions that address business demands and are aligned with corporate initiatives
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables

Quality Assurance: 

  • Implement and enforce best practices in RapidResponse (planning) delivery and documentation standards for all relevant solutions
  • Ensure that standards are adhered to, and that documentation and change control processes are followed across the applications organization
  • Provide functional and technical guidance for decisions made regarding our RapidResponse landscape
  • Seek to use best practices, standards, and the right partners and vendors to provide solutions to meet Bose’s business objectives; ensure that the team also follows the same standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a global company with extensive third-party logistics and contract manufacturing
  • 5+ years proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse (or comparable planning tool)
  • Experience in working with outsourced delivery teams
  • 5+ years experience with a large-scale ERP suite (similar but not limited to: SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365 or Workday Financials)
  • Thorough understanding of IT governance and SCM best practices
  • Scaled Agile Framework Certification (desired)
  • B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (or relevant work history)
  • Experienced user of JIRA Pro and JIRA Align

Skills:

  • Ability to think strategically and lead others to do the same
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills, written & spoken with the ability to effectively understand and explain complex technical issues
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, issues, and challenges
  • Ability to write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience
