  • Manage ‘critical items’ and communicate with the supply and maintenance teams.
  • Review TMP spares risk profile monthly to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage the achievement of agreed inventory health for BDS, RI, and Support & Test Equipment (S&TE).

About You:

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Even if you do not meet every requirement, we would still like to hear from you.

  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management or aircraft maintenance, ideally within an aviation or repairable item management environment.
  • Experience using inventory management systems such as MILIS, SAP, AIMS, IFlight, MRO, CAMM2, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of strategic spares pool size modeling and planning.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and collaborate within larger groups.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to obtain an AGSVA security clearance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting in-service Defence aeronautical products.
  • Knowledge of Export/Import Compliance Controls.
  • Familiarity with Defence inventory management policies and ESCM
