About the Role

Join us as Senior Manager, Propositions at AIA Investment Management!

We are seeking for a Senior Manager, Propositions to work closely with Local Business Units (LBUs) to provide strategic direction to drive the development, management, and promotion of a customer-centric, innovative and synergetic investments led propositions that further AIA Group's ambition in wealth and long-term savings space.

Responsibilities

BU engagement - ILPs

Supporting the development and continuous enhancement of investments-linked products propositions through working closely with LBUs to co-develop investment-linked product propositions for different markets and distribution channels.

Excite & activate our LBU teams and distribution partners with effective investment -linked product propositions to ensure it is well understood, communicated and launched in the most effective and efficient manner.

BU engagement – Pension Funds

Supporting the development and continuous enhancement of pension fund propositions through working closely with LBUs to co-develop retirement solutions for different markets and distribution channels.

Product development and management

End to end management of product initiatives with a focus on investment-linked products / funds and including assisting with fund documentation, liaising with various service providers and legal / tax advisors, coordination of internal and external parties/ resources to ensure successful implementation of initiatives or product launch.

Support the administration of Fund Approval System

Assist Supervisor with the BAU responsibilities of keeping the fund approval system in operation. The role would entail liaison with LBU to seek clarity on the scope of the approval, collaborating with the due diligence team on the outcome of the review and keeping the platform relevant through continuous enhancements.

Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science, Finance or Accountancy
• Relevant experience, ideally in a similar asset management set up, of min 10 years
• Certifications/licenses – Fund Management License
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Powerpoint
