Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely resolutions to any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. With your expertise in Microsoft Azure PaaS, you will contribute to the success of our organization by ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure smooth functioning of production systems and services. - Monitor system performance and identify any issues or bottlenecks. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience in managing and supporting production systems. - Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. - Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
