As a Health & Wellbeing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the wellbeing of our colleagues for a healthy work life. You will report to the Country HR Director and the Country HSE Manager for Sweden.

Your responsibilities

  • Re-invent our health strategy to improve the health and wellbeing in the Swedish organization in short- and long-term, in line with the Employee Health and Wellbeing Policy
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to the business on mental health, physical health, wellbeing and developing recommendations to support organizational health, wellbeing and the connection to performance
  • Responsible for health and wellbeing services across Sweden when it comes to up-to-date support and quality
  • Drive country wellness initiatives, healthcare automation and be the system super user for our healthcare systems
  • The collection and reporting of Health performance indicators from our external vendors, including conclusions and recommendations
  • Lead in-house training with managers and employees about health issues and risks
  • Cooperate across functions and with business partners to raise awareness and drive performance, engages with internal and external stakeholders to build commitment and credibility
  • Together with Employer Branding drive a healthy-employer-of-choice approach to further enable the business growth

Your background

  • Experience in health and/or Wellbeing.
  • Project management experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Pragmatism to prioritize issues and prevent perfect being the enemy of great.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and as an enabler for wellbeing.
  • Experience in working with suppliers and supply chain function is a plus.
