What you will do

Sales Operations Specialist is a key role reporting to the Operations Director and is running overall reporting activities of the business unit as well as acting as a business partner between the BU director and sales team.  

You will be based in our Istanbul Office and will be part of an emergent team that is passionate about growing our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate satisfactory results.

You will be a part of Operations team which supports all Business Units in a common roof and you will be open to support and collaboration with other Business Units and Administration works which you will be assigned.

How you will do it

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you analyze and report sales, revenue, and margin data periodically, follow up the sales plan and point out any risks. You conduct and report future oriented sales and revenue analysis based on sales data and pipeline. You keep the sales reports such as effectiveness, achievement, customer/site visits and supervise sales team performance (goal vs actual). You prepare project profitability analysis and share them periodically with the related management team.

You control the sales & revenue data every day, use the ERP system and follow up the approvals and invoicing, prepare required documentation and presentations. You work with Finance and your team for month-end sales closings of the related business. You prepare ad hoc reports based on request.

You have good interpersonal skills and ability to be a part of a large multi-cultured team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in English
