About the team

Ambit Asset Finance is a configurable, end-to-end leasing and financing process management solution. It supports all asset-types and multinational operations, helping eliminate dependency on disparate legacy systems for increased operational efficiency and reduced total cost of ownership.

The Ambit Asset Finance Support team is a global team of highly experienced consultants working collaboratively to support multi-national banks and asset leasing organisations many countries.

What you will be doing

As a Configuration management Consultant, you will be the face of the FIS organisation and will utilise your considerable communication skills to build strong and lasting relationships with your clients.

Your daily work will be to assist the Ambit Asset Finance hosted clients all over the region, using your excellent problem-solving skills to replicate and analyse issues, and to provide guidance on client impact, Audit Report handing, Cloud/Azure Server Hardware management, Log analysis, Azure Dashboard, Azure Performance check, Azure server health check and potential solutions. You will also use your strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and analyse current business processes, procedures, and work practices with the aim to fulfil the new requests from client.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working or consulting for FIS AF with clients – Client Facing Job
  • Reports creation for clients
  • Hosting the client meetings
  • Interacting with multiple teams
  • Technical guidance to client on business implications of applications of various systems.
  • Assessing client needs and configuring and setting up system to satisfy, identifying gaps, steering course to implement whilst awaiting developments.
  • Overseeing and participating data take-on, conversion and reconciliation
  • Ensuring FIS AF process satisfies the entire contract lifecycle.
  • Will include all aspects of the client’s business from origination through to contract management accounting, collection, asset management and end of contract life.
  • Ownership and management of project and client issues to resolution
  • Liaison with multiple teams as per requirement that may include specification, fact finding or answering of specific questions to satisfy market or client requirements.
  • Travel to client sites when required.
  • Communication with all levels of organization from user to client Directors and Managers
  • Deliver news and plans to clients in such a way that ensures client support, controlling any given situation.
  • Second Level Support as part of the combined Professional/Customer Experience team support process
  • Client relationship building

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in a technical support role is essential, with a strong and unrelenting dedication to customer success is imperative.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or professional experience in software development, systems analysis, design, and architecture
  • Experience with relational databases Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
  • Sound analytical, design and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of numeracy and a capacity for complex concepts
  • A positive, proactive and professional attitude – a team player who can also work independently under minimum supervision.
