We are looking for a Contract Associate Recruiter to support our influx in hiring due to exciting growth at Virta! This role will source and screen candidates for our Coach team which is the largest and fastest growing part of our org! You will partner closely with the Coach Recruiter and Coach Leaders to support meeting monthly cohort goals.
Our ideal Associate Recruiter has experience and enjoys sourcing on high volume searches and getting quality candidates into the pipeline. This person will ensure candidate experience is also top of mind. You should enjoy talking with a high volume of candidates and have a constant pipeline of strong candidates to be able to meet business needs. This role is a 6-month contract and has the opportunity to get extended.
Source and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through application review and creative sourcing techniques (including using LinkedIn Recruiter)
Conduct a high volume of Recruiter Screens to get qualified
Health Coach candidates into the process
Partner with the Coach Recruiter to understand Health Coach profile, provide updates, and ensure a successful transition of candidates for the Coach Recruiter to take through the rest of the interview process
Participating in weekly hiring syncs with Coach Leaders to provide updates on pipeline
Update candidate tracker with all candidates transitioning into the interview process
1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience for high volume searches
Proven track record of successfully identifying and building a strong pipeline of exceptional candidates in high-growth environments
Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates
Experience implementing creative sourcing methods through multiple channels
Goes above and beyond to deliver amazing candidate experience

Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. For this role, the hourly rate is $35 per hour. Information about Virta’s benefits is on our careers page at: https://www.virtahealth.com/careers.
