In Transformation Excellence:

  • Transformation Excellence practitioners will shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with our clients
  • Convey a deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of our client's industry to guide them towards a well-defined, value-rich target while effectively managing change
  • Using deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data or Security, they will build rapport with senior and expert stakeholders in both business and technology functions to facilitate quick and effective decision-making
  • Transformation Excellence professionals will act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization for our clients
  • Complex transformation management will be strictly oriented towards value realization across multiple domains (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)

As a Consultant:

  • Manage transformation workstreams or small teams and take ownership for producing project deliverables
  • Articulate transformation business value and present options for problems that align to transformation goals—apply your knowledge base to address issues and resolve dependencies
  • Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation management domains
  • Establish strong working relationships with primary client contacts early in the project, beginning to be viewed as a trusted advisor to the client in technology transformation
  • Lead client meetings and drive to insight, decisions, and actions, balancing understanding client needs and desires with presenting an informed and convincing perspective; able to clearly describe analysis performed, methodology, and implications for client's business
  • Manage the planning and preparation for design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support the development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
  • Build understanding of transformation management fundamentals for predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile) delivery​
  • Build expertise in Technology Strategy & Advisory capabilities while you develop yourself and mentor peers and analysts
  • Support Business Development, building understanding of how to architect and position proposals and SOWs

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of advisory experience at a consulting firm

  • Minimum of 2 years experience on a transformation program, operating model design / implementation, driving value management/realization, executive storytelling, or managing measures of success

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops and developing transformation recommendations

  • Minimum of 1 year Technology (such as Cloud or Data) roadmap strategy & assessment skills

  • Experience creating investment cases and focusing on value

  • Curiosity about technology and its influences on business and work

  • Top-notch communication (written and oral) and people skills

  • Deep industry expertise and an understanding of how technology intersects with that industry

  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • French and English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these French and English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)

  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
