Ready to change the way we think of Geo-data? We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Transformation Manager to join our dynamic brand-new Transformation Office. As transformation manager, you play a crucial role in driving transformation programs implementations. You work with senior stakeholders to substantiate ideas into well-articulated plans. Our ideal candidate is able to set the drumbeat and create and support engagement during execution process.

Your role

• You develop and implement comprehensive transformation plans to drive change and achieve transformation goals;

• You structure and coordinate cross-functional initiatives;

• You create transparency and visibility by initiatives progress tracking in order to allow for better and faster decision making and results predictability;

• You support the preparation and delivery of effective communications, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the transformation process;

• You play a key role in the change management, supporting the Company in engaging and keeping people on-board;

• You provide coaching and support to leaders and managers for the execution of programs;

• You conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders;

• You create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of transformative changes;

• You coordinate efforts with other specialists, including training and communications teams.

Your track record

• You have a MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field in combination with consulting and corporate experience;

• You have 5+ years of experience in transformation management or related roles;

• You have proven experience in managing large-scale organizational change in complex settings with strong stakeholders management skills;

• You posses Excellent communication skills and change management;

• You have deep understanding of transformation management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) as an advantage;

• You showcase proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and transformation management software tools;

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• You are able to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

• This assessment serves as a base for the first interview within a couple of days. Of course, you will also receive a message if we will not invite you;
