概要 (High-level Description; including manage team/individuals or not)

BMSKK business targetをachieveするために最適な薬事戦略を立案・実行することにより、価値の高い新薬開発に貢献する。

そのために、最新の薬事規制に精通し、規制当局(医薬品医療機器総合機構/厚生労働省)とのコミュニケーションの質を向上させる。また、新薬開発における不測の事態に備えるために薬事的なリスク回避策を提案する。
 

役割 (Roles & responsibilities)

以下の役割を、補助する。

開発段階:

  • 新薬の開発計画に対して薬事の観点で適切なインプットを行い、適切な開発計画策定に貢献する。
  • 治験計画が問題無く当局に受理され、計画どおり治験が開始できるよう開発チームに貢献する。
  • 治験相談の必要性を判断する。必要と判断された場合、提案する開発計画が当局に受け入れられるような治験相談の戦略を作成する。
  • 薬事的なリスクを特定し関係者に共有し、適切な時期にリスク最小化もしくは回避策を関係者と提案・協議する。
  • 治験計画届や治験相談時の照会事項回答が期限内に提出でき、かつ追加照会を受けないレベルの、質の高い回答になるよう適切な提言を行う。
  • 薬事戦略の作成に関しては、常にGRTLとalignし、GRTL・Globalの関係部署との適切な連携を図る。

承認申請・審査段階:

  • オーファン・優先審査等の指定に向け必要な作業をリードする。
  • 申請資料作成タイムラインに従い、計画通りに承認申請できるようJNDAチームをリードする。
  • 申請前相談の必要性を判断する。必要と判断された場合、提案する開発計画が当局に受け入れられるような申請前相談の戦略を作成する。
  • 審査期間に影響が出ないように照会事項回答を適切な時期に提出できるようにチームを管理する。承認審査で発生するリスクは早期に特定して解決策あるいは代替案の準備をリードする。
  • 承認審査に関する方針や進捗に関しては、常にGRTLとalignし、GRTL・Global関係部署との適切な連携を図る。

On-site Protocol

BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
