How you will create an impact

You will have the opportunity to build your profile by working with senior stakeholders across the business from day one, managing a variety of different types of projects across business change and I.T. - potentially including digital transformation or Blueprint Two, a high profile Lloyd’s market modernisation programme.

Some of the responsibilities could include:

  • Closely manage project/programmes from inception to closure in line with internal delivery methodology
  • Establish project timelines and milestones/deliverables using the appropriate tools
  • Act as a primary point of contact or escalation for all project related issues; Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that may impact the project
  • Maintains all project documentation
  • Manage the project budget/finances
  • Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to project owners/sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion
  • Supports the business in the identification and prioritisation of opportunities for automation
  • Supports Lloyd’s modernisation efforts

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Solid experience of Project Management within a regulated industry
  • Experience with process change projects and digital automation projects such as Robotics Process Automation, data capture, data automation, straight through processing and workflow automation
  • Experience of delivering multiple projects simultaneously to the expected quality standards, and on time and within budget
  • Experience of working on software development projects with a good understanding of the phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage 3rd party vendors
  • Lloyd’s Market Insurance and/or commercial insurance knowledge advantageous
