Ecommerce Manager, Europe and APAC

The Ecommerce Manager Europe and APAC fills a critical role in the Direct to Consumer, Global Ecommerce organization, assuming responsibility for strategic management and day-to-day operations of the digital commerce business in these regions. It’s your goal to make it easy to do business with Bose and to ensure that consumer expectations as well as revenue commitments are met. As the Ecommerce Manager, Europe and APAC you will be partnering with the Director Global Ecommerce to establish the business strategy, the financials, and the OKRs and then driving execution. You will help define the digital capability roadmap to enhance customer experiences and optimize online sales. Your collaboration with other channels and functions is crucial to develop Bose.xx websites as an attractive channel to purchase from, with relevant multi-channel capabilities that enable the customer to experience and purchase Bose how and where they want.
