General Summary:

The Senior NetSuite Administrator provides support for the day-to-day support and maintenance functions related to the NetSuite system. The NetSuite Administrator will play a key role in the analysis, solution development, testing and documentation of the overall solution to support daily business operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides support to the IT team, with a high attention to detail

• May assist in training, delegating, and reviewing the work of team colleagues

• Performs day-to-day operation, maintenance, project management, change request and support tasks for all NetSuite application and the ecosystems

• Customizes NetSuite fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards

• Maintains users, roles, security, profiles, and workflow rules

• Develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity

• Refines and customizes internal billing tools and methods

• Facilitates the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development

• Works with cross-functional teams on roadmap projects involving financial applications and processes

• Researches and analyzes application behaviors and improves performance and stability

• Repairs and recovers from hardware or software failures

• Coordinates and communicates with impacted user groups

• Ensures business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications

• Works with cross-functional teams to design changes to existing systems and integrates new systems into infrastructure as needed

• Assists with implementing process improvements with systematic solutions

• Understands, articulates, and documents needed customization, reports, and capabilities

• Takes a hands-on approach to troubleshooting issues

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

• Requires advanced knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience assisting with NetSuite integration, implementation, and testing

• NetSuite Administrator certification

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in relevant field
