Description

The general purpose of this role is to deliver effective, timely and quality support across specific Pfizer Patient support programs (PSP) and patients initiatives when applicable. This rol will be the customer persona profile expert of the patients enrolled in PSP and will be a BU key partner to define the best strategies to implement in PSPs to address specific Patient needs.

This rol will be an expert about the PSP patient journey and the dynamic changes that impact this path based on patient status within PSP, Cycle of life of the products and natural history of evolution of the disease.

Main Duties

  • To support Patient Programs in ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, training and development of support opportunities both relevant to patients and organizational needs.

  • To provide value added proposals to corresponding BU based on the customer profile and previous experiences and insight gained in the PSP area.

  • To organize, design and deliver the services and tools defined by BU strategical plans on proper way and timelines.

  • To be the expert on customer profile definition and customer segmentation within the programs in charge 

  • To interpret data and patient insights and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. To be able to identify key data fit to Bu needs for decision making process

  • To help manage internal patient projects if applicable, providing a 360 approach.

  • To determine Key results and appropriate metrics and performing all required actions to determine customer engagement and satisfactions within the PSPs

  • To ensure accurate tracking and reporting progress of duties under his/her control.

  • To support, coach, mentor and provide positive role model for supporting vendors participating in the Program. 

  • To ensure that deliverable stocks of materials, kits and any connected PSP tools for patients and HCPs are accurate and have a proactive follow-up.

  • To be internal and external PSP ambassador, a subject master expert and POC for internal and external stakeholders about general processes definitions and local and global frameworks that impact PSP operations. To be able to present PSPs to internal and external stakeholders to educate, for awareness and to support BU strategies when applicable.

General Expectations

Good self-awareness and “own it” behaviour .Keep abreast of relevant development in patient services in the market, policies and legislation. Be responsible for ensuring good practice and compliance with all Pfizer policies.

Minimum qualifications

  • Social Science, Health or Marketing Student/Graduate or equivalent practical experience.

  • Previous working experience in marketing positions; in pharmaceutical companies, health institutions, patients’ organizations is preferable.

  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently

  • Customer oriented Working Experience is preferable

  • Preferred:  Patient Support Programs Experience – Pharma Business Experience
