Key Responsibilities:
Enable Market Strategy & Leadership
Collaborate with the SME organization and RLM leadership to support growth for CAS products and align with the RLM annual operating plan (AOP)
Partner with RLM Leadership and support the SME organization in the execution of strategies to grow the CAS business, ensuring market development programs are aligned and effectively implemented
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Program Development
Support the SME organization in the establishment of regional strategies (e.g., roadshows, new product launches)
Facilitate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the collaboration between the Medical Science area and regional teams.
Integrated Business Planning & Market Execution
Play a pivotal role in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, aligning business activities with the region’s market potential.
Support the development of value proposition messaging and communication strategies for RLMs, ensuring alignment with regional market needs.
Market Engagement & Financial Alignment
Contribute to the alignment of financial and supply plans with RLMs to ensure the achievement of business goals.
Establish and maintain clear operating mechanisms between region-led markets and CAS OU, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Support product launch planning, sales training, and forecasting activities, aligning efforts with regional market needs to drive growth and market share.
Regional Market Insights & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a recognized expert in the anchor RLMs, staying informed about OU products, medical procedures, decision-makers, clinical needs, and market opportunities.
Provide insights into local customer product preferences and support RLM and OU business efforts to drive growth, product launches, and market share gains.
Communicate the OU's portfolio strategy and region-led market opportunities to leadership.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
15 years experience in Sales, Marketing or Strategy functions with strong global experience
8+ years managerial experience, people or programs
Ability to travel up to 70%
Nice to Have
Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, medical procedures, and competitive landscape.
Proven experience in strategic marketing, business development, and financial planning.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships with regional leaders and commercial teams.
Expertise in product launch planning, training and education, sales forecasting, and market development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
