Role and Responsibilities

This role has the overall responsibility for strategic development and program management for new sellout platforms. You will oversee the planning, execution and evaluation of key projects within eCommerce. You will be responsible for the strategic vision and blueprint development; benefits and quality management; stakeholder management; portfolio management; program, project planning including milestone management; and risk and issue management. Operationally, the Senior Manager, New Business Strategy provides and enables project prioritization, management information, financial reporting, resource planning, decision making, and recruitment.

THE POSITION

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sellout strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Develop and manage the e-commerce platform roadmap, including feature prioritization and project planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to drive results.
  • Develop and present data-driven reports and recommendations to stakeholders Oversee project costs and ensure finances are well managed

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Communicate regularly and closely with ,Head of Departments and Business Managers regarding information related to products as required to ensure effective and timely support

Skills and Qualifications

Background & Competencies Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree , MBA or graduate degree preferred Degree qualified preferable with 8+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, platform management, or a related field.
  • Sales and Financial management of significant sized business
  • Strong planning, organizational and management skills
  • Strong senior stakeholder communication and influencing skills
  • Portfolio management of significant sized business
  • eCommerce KPI analysis and tracking

•     Executive presentation development

•     Solid understanding of P&L structure and basic accounting

•     Microsoft Standard Office Suite and advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel
