SWBC is seeking a talented individual to be our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), which is a senior executive level role responsible for leading SWBC’s enterprise-wide marketing strategy. This role collaborates with ownership and our division leaders to drive brand growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition through integrated marketing, sales alignment, and strategic communications. The CMO oversees all aspects of marketing operations, including digital strategy, brand management, and demand generation, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
