Job Description:

Facilitates project communication between the Digital Marketing Strategy team and senior management to achieve the goals of projects. Advises leaders on project progress and resources necessary to complete key elements of the projects. Acts independently to execute plans for best practices within the Digital Marketing Strategy function for efficient and timely project completion. Instructs team members on delivering digital experiences that engage and retain prospects and customers. Applies advanced knowledge in designing and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns using the right media platforms and technologies to deliver finished projects within the Digital Marketing Strategy function. Develops methods for tracking marketing campaigns and analyzing the results to optimize client engagement and retention efforts. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders such as IT and agencies to ensure prioritization of projects and workflows. Guides junior colleagues through consultation and mentoring in techniques and processes, and provides functional (matrix) supervision. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
