Essential Job Functions:
• Conduct quality control activities, including inspections and testing, to ensure product compliance with established standards.
• Support in the analysis of quality data.
• Assist in the maintenance of quality standards and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Provide support to quality analysts and technicians.
• Participate in the investigation of non-conformities.
• Maintain and update quality records and reports.
• Follow established quality assurance procedures and policies.

• Participate in agile events for both plan and review the tasks
• Provide technical expertise and support to team efforts, acting as a subject matter expert in specific domains.

• Design the quality strategy using BDD

• Execute both manual and automated functional tests

• Update trazability matri

• Open and follow up defects in the project

• Support the team in UAT tests

• Ensure quality standards and execute tasks related to his/her rol

• Assist in solving complex technical challenges, researching and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to the assessment and adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and knowledge sharing.



Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
• Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
