We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager in digital marketing to join our Singapore office. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for our clients, leading digital marketing initiatives and campaigns. Your responsibilities will include driving and managing campaign budgeting, and developing strategies to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
What You'll Do
Establish and achieve business objectives, goals, strategies, and action plans
Manage team priorities for efficient project and client meeting management
Manage client budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives
Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to drive client success
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts and revenue
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a plus
Proven experience in digital marketing account management with a successful track record
Strong project management skills, including budget and schedule management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficient in organization and documentation tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems
