Motorola Solutions is looking for an experienced product marketing manager to help manage and grow our Avigilon Alta cloud offerings. Avigilon Alta is Motorola Solutions’ cloud-native video security and access control technology suite that helps customers protect their people, property and places.
As the product marketer, you will oversee the go-to-market strategy, positioning and messaging to drive awareness and adoption of Avigilon Alta. This includes bringing new products and features to market, creating marketing and sales enablement collateral, supporting integrated campaigns, and taking on other initiatives that push your portfolio and the VS&A business forward.

A creative storyteller that can craft compelling marketing content that differentiates your product in the market
An effective communicator that spans across writing and speaking, able to translate technical product specifications into concise benefits that your target audience(s) value
An excellent project manager that can own a product launch from start to finish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with a high level of initiative and excellent follow-up skills
A natural problem solver that can adapt to shifting priorities, moving deadlines and navigate ambiguity
Ability to admit mistakes and learn from them and move forward
Comfortable interacting with different levels of management and building cross-functional relationships
What you will be doing:
Partner with the product management team to be the voice of the customer
Craft messaging and positioning that demonstrates the value of your solution and differentiates it in the market
Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis
Conduct competitor and market research to better understand our differentiation, target customers, key industries, and buyer personas
Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness, adoption, and pipeline
Work with the integrated marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for products and solutions
Develop internal and external facing content to enable the sales team to effectively position and sell Avigilon Alta
Design and execute channel marketing strategy and collateral to drive adoption, including training, tool kits, and enablement materials
Own product and feature launches, including messaging and positioning, identifying target audiences, and creating content to support the launch, such as emails, web pages, social media, videos, collateral, presentations, and more
Attend and present your products at industry trade shows and events, representing the company and being the product marketing expert for your portfolio
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, focused in marketing, communications, business or a related field preferred
4+ years of product marketing experience, B2B preferred
Experience working with a combined hardware/software cloud (SaaS) solution a plus
Proficiency with webinar hosting platforms preferred: Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar, etc.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools preferred: HubSpot, Eloqua, etc.
