About the role:

The UK is one of Forter’s key markets which is rapidly growing. We have an established sales team in the region and a strong client base, including globally recognized brands like Adidas and ASOS. We’re seeking a full-time Marketing & Events Manager to help elevate our profile and grow our pipeline and customer base in the UK. Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, this role will work closely with Sales and Marketing teams across Forter to plan and execute field marketing initiatives, including events, customer advocacy programs, account-based marketing, and partner activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan, design, and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth, including trade show sponsorships, hosted events, event experiences, and digital events.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing plans to engage target accounts and accelerate pipeline growth for key prospects.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and partners, as well as Forter’s global and local teams to implement marketing strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to raise awareness and differentiate Forter’s offerings in the market (e.g., developing customer case studies, working with local partners, etc.).
  • Track performance and report on key marketing metrics to internal stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted partner to the Northern Europe Sales team.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments in the UK market.

What you'll need:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on event planning and account-based marketing (experience in eCommerce or payments is a plus).
  • A results-driven mindset and a proven track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • A broad marketing skill set, including vast expertise in event management, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to initiate new projects and take existing initiatives to the next level.
  • Experience with SaaS marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Outreach is a plus, but not required.
  • Native-level proficiency in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.

Hybrid work:

At Forter, we have embraced a hybrid work model that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. As part of this exciting approach, Team members are invited to work from the office at least 2 days per week.
