Key focus areas for the Core Data Solutions Group includes:  Maturing enterprise data governance, leveraging master data management, establishing an enterprise data foundation, and delivering strategic data assets and insights.

  • Applies technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge to manage complex projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
  • Collaborates across organizations to develop detailed plan(s) and manages all implementation processes including change control process, testing, documentation, training, while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, resource allocation, and scope.
  • Outlines proposals for assigned projects and/or programs including business objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
  • Develops a comprehensive schedule(s) while monitoring future work to proactively adjust for unforeseen scheduling challenges.
  • Reviews the project/program schedule with all relevant stakeholders to make updates as and when required.
  • Assesses subproject dependencies and program constructs by leveraging multiple methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and develops project/program indicators to manage program health including schedule, quality, and timelines.
  • Communicates anomalies clearly by concisely stating the problem and specific impact to the project.
  • Identifies tasks, assesses costs, identifies, and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members.
  • Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
  • Conducts project/program close out assessment and creates a recommendations report documenting the successful and unsuccessful project/program elements.

Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences. 



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 8+ or Masters Degree with 4+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformational IT projects and programs
  • Familiarity and understanding of how to meet complex business process requirements with technical solutions
  • Stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master experience
  • Understanding of KPIs and how to make/recommend data-based decisions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ERP Implementations (SAP, Blue Yonder, etc.)
  • Experience in consulting or managing teams of consultants
  • MBA or comparative professional experience
  • Self-starter that can get results with nebulous details
  • Ability to balance conflicting priorities
  • Experience designing and maintaining large-scale Databases and/or Data Warehouse
  • Experience with Enterprise Master Data
  • Understanding of Intel's (or Industry) Manufacturing and Design Business Processes

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$123,139.00-$203,801.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
