Join our best-in-class HR team that combines HR process knowledge and best internal and external practices to support the business in all HR cycle and changes. Here you will interact with Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty (LKZ) employees on a daily basis to implement integration plans. This position offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of HR initiatives and support a dynamic team.
Who will you be working with?
Our HR team is dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with employees, managers, and other stakeholders, providing essential support to ensure seamless HR processes and successful organizational change initiatives.
You will be located at the LKZ Plant, A139 street, Astana, Kazakhstan.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the HR team, you will be responsible for supporting organizational change initiatives, building strong HR cycle processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your role will include managing employee relations, enhancing employee engagement, and coordinating training and development programs. You will report to the Regional HR Business Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR excellence.
