C.H. Robinson is currently looking for a Senior Designer. In this role, you will assist the Brand, Content & Creative team in ensuring that we produce high-quality, consistent marketing and communications materials that are on-brand. You will contribute to the creation of graphic materials, digital assets, packaging, display and advertising projects, and more. You will collaborate with other graphic designers, copywriters, creative managers, and marketing managers to build artwork, create storyboards, and ensure digital and print quality standards are met while delivering work on time. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create and maintain marketing materials

  • Troubleshoot design and application issues

  • Ensure adherence to editorial and brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with marketers and team members to create final assets

  • Design graphics and themes for campaigns using style guides

  • Build videos from storyboard to execution with marketing input

  • Provide coaching and support to less experienced team members

  • Continue developing skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen

  • Contribute improvement ideas based on the big picture

  • Prioritize workload using project management software (Monday.com) in collaboration with the team

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience creating, maintaining, and integrating websites and applications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in storytelling using multimedia, including video (After Effects) and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint)

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience creating digital marketing campaigns using multiple deliverables (e.g., paid ads)

Preferred:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Creative thinking and an innovative approach

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Team player able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment

  • Ability to motivate and encourage change, delivering positive results in a large, dispersed organization

  • Able to sit in front of a computer for long hours
