The Title Service Supervisor manages the Release and Repo team. They will be responsible to manage the work queues, set expectations, priorities and communicate with the team.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the title processes.
  • Ensure all queues are complete by the end of the day.
  • Schedule employess to ensure there is adequate coverage to have the work completed daily.
  • Handle complex issues and problems
  • Provide leadership and coaching
  • Communicate professional with co-workers, managers and client

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in the Industry a plus.

MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of computers and programs such as Word & Excel
  • Strong attention to detail, is dependable and follows through.
  • High level of maturity to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Strong work ethic and  excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
  • Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional shifts which meet the needs of the team and company.
  • Ability to perform under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to provide coaching and mentoring to peers and subordinates.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and problems and present resolutions to higher-level staff only as needed.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and rules.
