So, what will your new role look like?

We’re seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a passion for building high-quality, scalable software solutions. As part of our fully remote team, you’ll play a pivotal role in the continued development of WPM, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that align with user needs and business goals.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain end-to-end features for WPM, contributing to both front-end and back-end components.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to refine requirements and create user-centric, intuitive features.
  • Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews to ensure efficient development cycles and high-quality output.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
  • Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve features and functionality, contributing to WPM’s mission of data-driven, transparent performance management.

A typical week?

A typical week involves daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and collaborative development sessions. Developers work closely with Product Managers to align on priorities and UX/UI designers to refine feature designs. The week also includes code reviews, troubleshooting, and testing, ensuring quality and alignment with our agile processes. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions help keep the team focused on delivering high-quality, user-centered solutions for WPM.

What does your future team look like?

Our future team is dynamic, collaborative, and deeply invested in the success of WPM. It includes highly skilled full stack developers, product experts, and designers who are passionate about creating intuitive, impactful tools. The team operates seamlessly in a remote environment, fostering an open and supportive culture where innovation and continuous improvement thrive.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

The upcoming challenges include scaling WPM to accommodate a growing user base, enhancing the platform's security and compliance, and integrating advanced data-driven features. Another challenge will be balancing customization with simplicity to ensure the platform remains intuitive as we expand functionality. Ensuring performance and stability as we release new features will also be key to meeting user expectations and maintaining engagement.
