Job Description

About the Role
In this role you will advise Leadership in solving complex people-related business challenges and HR issues by translating business priorities into organizational and talent solutions. Ensure consistent delivery of HRB metrics and KPIs.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and design of business and organization transformations

  • Influence business partners by identifying and advocating HR programs and offerings

  • Develop deep business acumen and continuously assess external environment and organization to guide leaders through Business Transformations

  • Coach and advise on change management for business transformations

  • Proactively develop and refine workforce plans to drive strategic business, organization and talent solutions

  • Collaborate with Business, Organizational Transformation and Talent team to anticipate and identify new skills and roles

  • Work with business on Talent summaries to inform key organization and talent decisions and continually assess talent needs

  • Provide input to centers of expertise in design of new policies/ programs and associate communication

  • Lead consistent execution of HR metrics and KPIs, provide insights and recommendations to HR leadership

  • Coach Leaders (Directors and VPs) on their own development, transformation, organization and talent

  • Collaborate with Leadership Development team to continually assess and evolve development opportunities

  • Identify and inform business partners on opportunities and approaches for cross-functional partner alignment

  • Foster effective communication across all levels of the organization to ensure associate and leadership engagement

  • Advocate and reinforce company values

  • Additional tasks made be assigned as needed

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree, with an emphasis on HR or Business

  • 5+ years of experience in associate relations or HR

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Conflict management and resolution skills

Preferred

  • Strategic HRBP experience

  • PHR or SPHR
