As an Assistant Coordinator you will:

  • Support the team in administration, coordination, data analysis on a range of exciting projects

  • Develop an Understanding of the day to day running and logistics of the team from smooth delivery of meetings to diary management  

  • Aid in Reporting and document control including minute taking and preparation of team presentations 

  • Help prepare up to date compliance documents for our clients

  • Aid the financial management including invoicing and assist with delivering monthly reports

  • Assist with general office and facilities management

  • Provide ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives, and events

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an appetite to learn and develop 

  • Have good IT skills and be confident with Microsoft Suite

  • Be a great communicator both verbally and written

  • Have good numeracy skills

  • Be organised and have a proactive approach to day-to-day tasks 

  • Enjoy working within a team
