Job Title: Operations Senior Team Member
Location: Bangalore- Manyata Tech park
Business & Team: Market Operations

Helping customers achieve their dreams

Exceptional time management skills and Exceptional customer service skills (Internal and External to CBA)
Reporting lines: Reports to Operations Manager
Roles & responsibilities:
Experience with corporate and commercial customers
Detailed understanding of regulatory requirements related to Static & On-boarding Process
Understanding of Markets Products and Systems (FX, Fixed Income & Derivatives)
Ensure all data gathering from customer is accurate and professional
Demonstrate flexibility and experience in working across organisation boundaries
Ability to detect anomalies, errors and investigate and document the associated root causes
Tight monitoring of all the work flows across all the products to be performed on a daily basis, and check if all the requests are completed on a timely and accurate manner.
Responding to escalation, demonstrate quick and responsive approach for all the escalations and ensure to follow the hierarchy and keep line manager and relevant management in loop in all the email communications
Essential Skills:
5-8 Years of Experience
Excellent communication skill Written and Oral.
Client on-boarding and static update – Core, SDI and SSI
Knowledge on 3rd party platforms – ALERT, GTSS, MYSIS, BLOOMBERG
Stake holder management
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business Management.
