The Loblaw Brands Process and Technology Team is looking for Analyst who is motivated, detail-oriented, experience in root cause analysis and has strong training support and presentation skills. This role involves troubleshooting, problem-solving, and providing first-line technical support within a production environment.
Reporting into the Senior Process Manager, the Analyst will be responsible:
Providing First-Line Technical Support: Responding to Technical Support Inquiries quickly address all technology production-related inquiries or issues for Loblaw Brands, prioritize them by severity and impact, and work towards resolving them effectively.
Collaborate with various teams identify software malfunction root causes and implementing solutions to ensure operational efficiency.
Assisting in developing new operating procedures and documentations for technical processes to ensure consistency maintain standards across the team.
Develop written material and videos to help team members grasp new technologies or process changes, boosting productivity and efficiency.
Apply strong verbal and written presentation skills to effectively communicate technical concepts.
Participate User and Quality testing during and after new software deployment or enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or College degree in Information Systems related field
Prior 2-3 years’ experience supporting production applications or systems; experience with incident management tools/systems could be beneficial.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clarify technical concepts and provide detail on issues to a diverse range of collaborators.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficient on writing procedural and technical information for technical and nontechnical users.
Knowledge databases, Power BI, Power Automate and programming languages beneficial.
