Position Summary

As a Sr. Analyst of Implementation/Technical Support you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships with our Medicare Advantage Group customers.

You will be responsible for developing reporting needs, resolving potential reporting issues and must have a full understanding of Medicare Guidelines. The Implementation/Technical Lead will lead or contribute to leading special projects, implementations and/or automation efforts.

                       

You will accomplish this by:

   •        Leading business and/or enterprise projects

   •        Translating client needs and requirements into Enrollment processes for Medicare Advantage

   •        Lead internal and external meetings and make decisions relative to client projects and implementations

   •        Facilitate and document client meetings (Conference Calls and/or Onsite meetings)

   •        Analyze reports and communicate results to clients

   •        Develop client action plans

   •        Organize file mapping efforts

   •        Attend off site client meetings as needed

As a Sr. Analyst, your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction.  Lead process improvement efforts, and ultimately manage process change with business stakeholders to ensure our internal and external customer needs are met. The ability to influence and deliver results for our clients is a key factor to your success in this role.

Required Qualifications

• 1 + years of experience in gathering, researching, and analyzing data/reports
• 2 + years of Healthcare or Insurance related experience
• 2 + years of prior intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Products; Word, Excel Outlook
• 3 + years professional communication experience in verbal and written form

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and research data to make appropriate corrections as necessary
• Problem solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound understanding of system errors and how to resolve efficiently
• Strong organization skills
• Understands the impact of work to other teams and downstream support areas

Education
HS Diploma/Equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
