JR65427 Staff Business Analyst - IT Supply Chain

Micron is hiring for a Kinaxis RapidResponse Solution Engineer to perform all necessary activities that will occur in the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform within the Micron Technology Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE) in Hyderabad, India.

 Primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Participate and perform the following role in Micron, related to end-to-end business processes using RapidResponse platform:

Understand the Complete Architecture of various tracks in RR and their corresponding upstream and downstream systems.​

Facilitate PMO team in effective effort estimation and scoping of the projects considering upstream and downstream dependencies.​

Actively participate in Functional refinements with SCE/MA/Business and provide inputs.​

Prepare Functional Design ( technical) and Test Plan documents in collaboration with SCE/MA/Business for Portfolio and Continuous Improvement items.​

Drive Technical Refinements and liaising with developers on the solution.​

Constant feedback loop between various Stakeholders & Developers for feature development ​

Support developers with implementation, integration, configuration and customization.​

Validate the solution and provide feedback to the developer before it goes for UAT.​

Actively Participate in all Sprint ceremonies

Understand Micron Master Data completely, thereby all SC process and involve in various transformational programs that happens at Enterprise level to understand RR Impact ​

Time and again analyze current systems and propose improvements in PS/DIS processes or other integrations​

Look ways to implement Micron processes with Kinaxis standard out of box features​

Suggesting Improvements & Prioritizing the roadmap​

Discover Customer Business Challenges and create Unique Solution Prototypes​

Involve in POC or any other complex development​

Enforce proper coding and data model standards​

Documentation ownership of processes across different tracks​

Train new joiners in the system and help them come up to speed​

 Qualifications:

5-6 years in a Business or equivalent IT functional role, preferably in Supply Chain Sales & Operations or Business Planning (S&OP).

3-4 years using Kinaxis RapidResponse, namely in Authoring, Analytics, and Scripting

Experience in a manufacturing company, with a preference to the high-tech or semiconductor industry.

Experience working with Cloud/SaaS applications.

Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including business requirements definition/process/design, review of functional specifications, development of test plans, testing, user testing, user training, and eventual deployment (software release).

Understanding of how to perform software system modifications whether break/fix, enhancements, or implementation of new functionality.

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology and practices, preferably in a software release planning & execution environment.

Ability to perform in-depth systems design reviews and provide refined functional and/or technical specifications for modification work, resolve break/fix issues, system enhancements, or new (functional) implementations.

Effective interpersonal skills to maintain productive relationships with business leaders and users/staff who use the RapidResponse system.

Strategic and analytical thinker.

Problem solver, timely decision maker.

Capability to operate in a fast-paced and complex industry.

Strong presentation and communication skills - oral and written.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
