Location: Camarillo, CA
Responsibilities:
- Build organizational capability to support business priorities with strong employee relations and business partnering focus (15%)
- Collaborate with corporate HR teams in the areas of talent acquisition, total rewards, and HR Technology to drive desired results (15%)
- Drive, recommend, and at times manage creative strategies to address retention, employee engagement and leadership development (15%)
- Own the employee lifecycle, including new employee onboarding, induction, ongoing performance management, and exit processes (15)
- Ensure compliance to internal and external regulations and internal audit requirements (5-10%)
- Support and participate in ongoing global HR projects, processes, and programs (25%)
- Ability to travel, when needed, to other California Offices (San Diego, Irvine) (5-10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a high speed, high growth environment; BA/BS in related field; MA/MBA is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of state and federal labor laws
- PHRca or SHRM California Law HR Specialty Certification is highly preferred
- Deep experience in data analysis and process improvement
- Impeccable judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees
- Empathic, diplomatic, and win/win approach when dealing with management issues
- Preferred experience working for a multinational/global organization
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work well independently and proactively, not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job too big or too small
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across multiple levels and disciplines in the organization
- Strong focus on execution and high-quality output with strong attention to detail

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $72,500 - $105,000. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
