The Business Systems Analyst is a key contributor to the reliability and functional continuity of the McKesson Real Estate (MRE) Technology Team. The Business Systems Analyst will help configure, administer, and respond to user support tickets for a variety of MRE software platforms.

Platforms include workstation reservation, visitor management, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work orders, and more. End users include MRE and Facilities Management teams as well as MCK employees across all Business Units (BUs).

The Business Systems Analyst collaborates with managers and leaders to ensure system reliability and optimal user experience. The Business Systems Analyst will also support the Director of Operations Technology with additional tasks related to facilities operational technology (OT) systems and curation of analyses sourced from various data pipelines.

At times this role can be involved in projects across the organization that may have scope outside of their primary responsibilities. This candidate should have the ability to be agile during organizational transformation.

End User Support

  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for inbound change requests and support questions
  • Support and engage with end users directly to resolve technical issues swiftly and completely
  • Escalate critical issues as necessary to appropriate internal stakeholders

System Configuration

  • Update templates, roles, and related admin settings as needed
  • Create change management and end user communication documentation as part of rolling out system updates, in collaboration with MRE Communications team
  • Own relationship with software vendors from a technical perspective
  • Support occasional enterprise-wide change activities that impact MRE-managed on premise servers

Requirements Gathering

  • Work with end user stakeholders to facilitate and document business and functional requirements for new project initiatives
  • Help to prioritize various requirements with end users
  • Contribute to solution comparison and evaluation as part of RFPs and business case creation

Reports and Analysis

  • Triage incoming ad hoc report requests in collaboration with Data Analysts
  • Interpret trends and potential impact to end users based on report output
  • Package analytics for internal stakeholders via email and PowerPoint

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Critical thinking to determine what data and information is useful for the task

  • Ability to work independently or across teams

Preferred, Nice to Have, Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Experience with facilities and workplace technology platforms
  • ServiceNow queue management
  • ITIL Foundations knowledge
  • Exposure to real estate technology, operations technology (OT), IoT sensors, etc.

Education/Experience:

Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$84,300 - $140,500
