Leidos is seeking a talented Department Manager to join a diverse team to create unique solutions for complex problems.  With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific, IT and manufacturing solutions to our customers most technically challenging problems

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage employees

  • Manage AOP

  • Business Development

  • Product Development

  • Customer Relations

  • Conflict resolution

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 12+ years of experience in the automotive industry and 10 years of management experience

  • Previous experience directing engineering staff in design and improvement of systems to support automotive assembly plants.

  • Previous experience with tracking trends for technical changes in the vehicles that affect our systems.

  • Ability to debug and understand root causes of problems and provide cost effective solutions.

  • Understanding of the Leidos process for processing large quotes.

  • Previous provide suitable tools and environments for employees to be productive.

  • Ability to manage an Annual Operating Plan.

  • Must have a mastery of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00
