What you will be doing: 

  • Drive our culture forward through alignment with Clickstop’s Core Values and Code.  
  • Working hard, while celebrating individual and team wins. 
  • Perform production tasks according to standard operating procedures and manufacturing guidelines to meet production volume and schedule.
  • Complete quality records for manufactured products.
  • Stay up to date with production processes.
  • Advocate for a safe work environment by identifying and reporting unsafe practices to Team Leads or Manager immediately.
    • Ensure that the work environment is maintained clean, safe, and organized.
  • Support company growth by cross-training and/or attending job trainings related to production and machinery.
  • Produce at an efficient pace as determined by Team Lead and/or Manager.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain productive and efficient methods that allow the company to be profitable and sustainable.  
  • Working individually to support and achieve team goals. 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Can lift, push, or pull 50lbs or more when required throughout shift.
  • Requires constant movement including, but not limited to, sitting, standing, and bending throughout shift
  • 18 years or older.

Starting pay:
$14.50 - 19.00/hr based on experience

Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
