The Omni Returns Product team builds products for everything Returns! We thrive to provide best in class returns experience to our customers & build scalable solutions to handle the returns in the most efficient way from start to finish.

Our team works on both front end & backend solutions and covers the breadth of return lifecycle. We build products for both external & internal customers and are focused on innovating in Returns space.

The Staff, Product Manager, Omni Returns will be responsible for building products that facilitate our goal of increasing returns profitability. This role will focus on finding new opportunities in improving reverse logistics, building solutions that meet business goals & provide a seamless experience for our customers.  This role will partner with cross functional teams to align on the solution and driving implementation & timelines.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Developing and enhancing products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable projects, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving goals
  • Building collaborative relationships with important partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining support from executive leadership
  • Providing overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs

  • You have previous experience in Product Management or technical project/product management.
  • You have e-commerce experience.
  • You’re comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership, and communicating clearly.
  • You’re comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic environment which is highly cross-functional.
  • You have experience in returns/reverse logistics/post purchase lifecycle.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
