What you will be doing

Unlock what’s possible. We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our team to help propel our customers digital transformation journeys with human-centered design thinking and consultation.

What will keep you busy

  • Evolve and shape the strategy, architecture, platform and standards for the Integration team
  • Specify and publish standards around APIs
  • Provide technology architectural assessments, strategies, and roadmaps for the integration domain
  • Lead & mentor integration team through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance
  • Conducts benchmarking and sizing exercises
  • Takes ownership of integration architecture to solve business problems and generate maximum value for stakeholders
  • Transform business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications
  • Partner with other functions across IT & business to ensure collaboration, consistency, and quality of solutions
  • Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support and facilitate API and integration projects
  • Ensure self and development team adheres to documented design and development patterns and standards
  • Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities to developers
  • Provide continuous improvement and exploration of industry standards and technology advances
  • Maintain transparent communication – appropriate communicate organization information through department meetings, one on one meetings and appropriate email communication 
  • Understanding the business processes, pain points, business needs and customer experience to design MuleSoft based technical solutions 
  • Achieve appropriate technical certifications on offer from MuleSoft and apply their capabilities appropriately to business problems 

The skills you will bring

  • Minimum 5 years working in the MuleSoft ecosystem as an Integration Architect with experience in transforming complex strategic business requirements into workable MuleSoft solutions
  • Bachelor degree level or higher 
  • MuleSoft certification
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Leadership
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns
  • Deep knowledge of with microservices architecture and API strategy development
  • Experience securing and managing APIs via MuleSoft API Manager
  • Experience with the entire API development lifecycle from design & build to governance & management
  • Experience with event brokers platforms like Kafka and Solace.
  • Experience integrating with Saas solutions like Salesforce.com, Splunk and Azure
  • Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols such as XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC
  • Experience with DevOps and CI/CD concepts, and build pipelines using Azure DevOps
  • Experience with data modelling
