This is a key role in advancing our identity strategy and strengthening overall security operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage integration projects end-to-end, including planning, scoping, resourcing, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and on-time delivery.

  • Serve as the technical SME for all IAM integration efforts, translating business and security requirements into effective identity solutions.

  • Develop and maintain technical and project documentation, including architecture diagrams, project plans, status reports, and operational runbooks.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring service reliability and minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, security, HRIS, application, and compliance teams to align integration activities with enterprise goals.

  • Ensure integration compliance with relevant standards, policies, and regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR).

Qualifications

•             3+ years of experience managing or coordinating IT/security projects (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments).

•             Proven track record leading IAM integrations involving SaaS, cloud, and on-prem platforms.

Licenses/Certifications Preferred:

Technical Skills and Abilities

•             Solid understanding of IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, or similar

•             Strong project coordination and task management skills; able to manage multiple priorities across technical workstreams

•             Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex integration issues
