Terminal Operator – World Fuel Gibraltar

At World Fuel, we safely deliver energy around the world. As a Terminal Operator, you’ll help keep our marine terminal running smoothly by supporting the safe receipt, storage, and transfer of fuel products. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a strong team.

What You’ll Do

• Receive fuel from vessels and transfer product into storage tanks following established procedures.

• Load and discharge product to company and third‑party vessels and road tankers.

• Perform tank gauging, product measurement, and inventory checks.

• Complete daily inspections, routine maintenance, and basic operational reporting.

• Support emergency response activities and regular safety drills.

• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all terminal security protocols.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in terminal operations, marine operations, industrial facilities, logistics, or similar hands‑on environments (preferred but not required).

• Basic mechanical knowledge (pumps, valves, gauges) and comfort using computers/handheld devices.

• Ability to obtain required safety and operational training; firefighting/first aid helpful.

• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.

• Ability to lift 20–25 kg and perform manual operational tasks.

• Ability to climb stairs/ladders as part of daily duties.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and on‑call when needed.
