Responsibilities:
- Provide second level supports for production application issues.
- Work directly with business users, other IT team members and external contractors on identifying, escalating, mitigating and resolving application issues to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the life cycle of problems from problem identification, through root cause analysis, to resolution of problems resulting from incidents in the production.
- Work with IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, key business users and external contractors on deploying solutions to address business needs and opportunities.
- Perform operational duties including application access control and maintenance.
- Create and maintain effective documentation for IT projects, operational procedures, incident tickets and reports.
- Provide on-call support after office hours on a rotating basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-year experience in Application Support, System Analytics or similar capacities.
- Experience with Gaming applications including IGT, LTG, PerfectPay is a definite advantage.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
- Effective oral and written communication in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
- Technical knowledge of MS-Windows OS, Linux, MS SQL Server and fundamental concepts of SQL databases. Good skill of T-SQL is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business users and interpret business requirements into solid and sound deliverables.
- Strong customer services focus with a desire to deliver high quality service.
- Possess good sense of IT compliance.
- Understanding of Software Development life Cycle (SDLC)
