This Sales Recruiter will support our recruiting efforts throughout the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast Regions. We are seeking an ideal candidate who has a demonstrated history of successfully recruiting commission-based sales professionals and a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Our Recruiters partner closely with Senior Executives and Regional Managers to create market-specific talent acquisition plans and are on the front lines of building strong relationships with commercial real estate investment sales agents.
This is a highly-visible, consultative position within the firm where your sourcing, influencing, and closing skills will be fully utilized and valued.
The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Washington, DC is $80,000 - $90,000/annual plus bonus. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type of experience withing the industry, education, etc. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
